征集内容
参赛作品围绕“国际静安 圆梦福地”主题，宜表现在静安生活、工作、休闲的图景，或展现静安区域面貌与风景，如以下主题：
1、广厦灯影的美丽城区
2、充满温度的人间烟火
3、活力多元的国际范儿
4、摩登雅致的海派文化
5、历史传承的红色基因
Jing'an Photographic Contest 2018 is now open for entries.
Theme: International Jing'an where dreams come true
We want to spotlight all kinds of joyful scenes that occur in Jing'an District. See, capture, and send us a unique take on the theme of 'Jing'an dream'that truly befits the recent changes in cityscape and people's daily life in Jing'an. The photos are supposed to reflect the urban diversity, daily life, economic vitality, cultural inheritance and history.

作品要求
1、来稿彩色、黑白不限，单幅、组照（不超过6幅）不限。摄影作品不小于3MB（须为支持JPG格式的电子数据照片）。
2、手机、PAD、相机和航拍摄影作品均可参赛。
3、照片仅可作亮度、对比度、色彩饱和度的适度调整及构图剪裁，不能用电脑进行合成、添加、大幅度改变色彩等技术处理，保留照片原始信息（Exif）。
4、本次大赛只限于征收写实类作品，不得对原始画面内容进行增加或删减。后期制作中对影调和色彩等的适度调整，以不违背拍摄对象客观真实属性为准。彩色照片可以整体（不可局部）转变为黑白（含单色）。
Entry format: color and monochrome photos, single photo, photo story (two to six images) are all welcome.
File size: at least 3MB of image data per work
File format: JPG recommended
All categories in photography will accept entries from any digital device, including smartphones, PAD and cameras. Dronestagram is also welcomed.
Winners may be requested to provide higher resolution images for publication or display purposes related to the contest, original format (Exif) should be reserved by entrants.
Only Realistic Images are accepted, works that have been retouched using software, camera app or by other photo editing means will be accepted, but obvious changes in object photographed is not allowed. Both color and monochrome images will be accepted.

其他说明
1、参赛作品符合国家法律、法规，符合主流价值观、不违背公序良俗。
2、凡已获市级（即由上海市摄影家协会参与主办）及以上级别摄影赛奖项的摄影作品，均不在本次大赛征稿之列。
3、投稿者应实名投稿，投稿作品应为2015年11月之后创作（组照有1幅创作时间符合规定即可）。
4、参赛者随作品须提供姓名、年龄、联系方式、单位或学校等真实信息并提供作品名称及100字以内文字说明，若团队合作则注明所有合作者信息。

5、主办方将筛选部分优秀参赛作品作为素材，制作图册。入围参赛作品的作者将被邀请参加颁奖仪式并被赠予图册一本。入围参赛作品的作者享有署名权。作品中涉及的肖像权、著作权、名誉权等问题及因此引起的纠纷均由作者负责。
1.Please do not post any photographs or content that are obscene, vulgar, pornographic,hateful,threatening,racist,sexist,discriminatory,or which otherwise violate any local or international laws.
2.Entry is limited to original works. Works that have won prizes in other contests hold by Shanghai Photographer Association above municipal level are not eligible.
3.Only works taken after November 2015 (at least one in a group) is eligible.
4. When submitting works to the contest, the entrant must include the following entry form that provides accurate personal information to the organizer. Entries that do not contain the required information will not be accepted. By submitting photos, you confirm that for each photo submitted, you are the only author of your work. Team work should be noted with information of other author(s).
5.Regardless of winning an award, entry works may be used for the Jing'an city album 2018 upon consent of the applicant. The album will be gifted on a later date to those whose work was selected, with an invitation to The Award Ceremony attached. The entrant has the right of authorship and should be responsible for settling any dispute over the portraiture right, copyright and reputation right of related subjects.
